IPE's intervention focused on cooperation between Portuguese and Chinese companies to develop sustainable projects in the Portuguese-speaking African countries (in fact and not only in theory), taking as an example the recent IPE partnerships with some of the largest Chinese companies from the infrastructure sector, and the mutual advantages.
